We had a lovely visit exploring Texas nature at Big Bend National Park, just an hour away. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for my large family, including my mother, to relax after our daily adventures.

The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Nearby, a decent restaurant provided tasty dinner options, but the hotel itself felt nondescript and lacked a vibrant environment. Limited breakfast options on the second morning were disappointing, as was the room's generic feel.

The Hampton Inn Alpine is beautifully decorated, spacious, and accessible, with clean, inviting common areas that create a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable throughout.

I enjoyed a comfortable two-night stay in a spacious queen room. The staff were incredibly welcoming, but I was disappointed that the pool and spa facilities were closed during my visit. A nice experience overall!

Unfortunately, both the indoor pool and whirlpool were not operational during my visit, which was a big letdown considering that's why I chose this hotel. Minor maintenance issues like a broken hook on the bathroom door and a non-functioning coffee maker detracted from the experience. Although breakfast offerings were decent, the timing of service felt off when doors closed unexpectedly while I was still grabbing food, giving an impression of rushed service.
